Rachel first completed her university studies in sports therapy at Concordia University to fulfill her desire to remain in the world of sports and support athletes in achieving their full potential. A gymnast and coach for as long as she can remember, she enjoys sharing her passion for movement and the importance of physical activity. Rachel began her studies in osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre of Quebec in 2013.

The osteopathic care she received when she was younger, particularly from the team at Axé Ostéo (then Physiotherapy des Mille-Iles), convinced her to pursue her professional journey in this discipline. Today, Rachel is advancing her career as an osteopath in two parts.
