A gymnast and coach for as long as she can remember, she enjoys sharing her passion for movement and the importance of physical activity. Rachel began her studies in osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre of Quebec in 2013.<\/p><p>The osteopathic care she received when she was younger, particularly from the team at Ax\u00e9 Ost\u00e9o (then Physiotherapy des Mille-Iles), convinced her to pursue her professional journey in this discipline.
